Nothing Ever Lost

Stillness

I lost the poem you gave me Lord
I promised to never forget those words

As I search in every place
Stress fills every empty space

Inside me mocks my accuser’s voice
Telling me I have no choice

Admit my loss, no antidote
Then came to mind a few I wrote

“Whether in silence or in hum
Or in the roar of a thousand tongues

Born twice, I die daily. Serious about Jesus. What I write you may not want to read. Okay. I write what I believe and what I learn from others, just like you.
